I’m a huge believer in working with your wedding photographer before the big day at least once. An engagement shoot gives us the chance to connect without the pressure of a timeline or a crowd. It’s where we get comfortable together, discover what poses feel most natural to you, and learn how you move and interact as a couple. You also get the chance to relax into being photographed as a team. Just like you’d rehearse your vows, your walk down the aisle, or your first dance, spending time in front of the camera beforehand sets you up to feel confident and effortless when it really counts.
